Day 1 (Oct. 8) – Ideation, Big Picture & Ideal Viewer
• Brainstorm the kind of ideas that work as 60-second micromovies (and spot the ones that don’t).
• Explore how to adapt a scene from your screenplay—or spark something brand new.
• Identify your Ideal Viewer to laser-focus your impact on the right audience.
Day 2 (Oct. 9) – Structure & Story Choices
• Outline and sketch the rough draft of your idea.
• Nail the spine: beginning, middle, end.
• Make the hero-goal-conflict crystal clear so your story lands as a complete experience.
Day 3 (Oct. 10) – Voice & Flow
• Refine word choices, phrasing, and rhythm so your writing feels SOOO you.
• Practice live reads in breakout rooms—feel how it plays aloud.
Follow-Up Sessions AND Live Readings
• For two weeks after the 3-day sprint, we’ll gather again for one-minute live reads of your micromovies.
• Hear your story performed. Hear others’ stories. Feel the energy of brevity and focus. Bring your popcorn and Milk Duds!
